How to order ?

To purchase items at our shop follow these steps :

  1. On the “Catalogue” page, you can open the list of the models we produce. Choose an item you want to buy and look at its code (USM …).
  2. Go to the Order form at the bottom of this page.
  3. Write your contact information and the codes of the items you would like to purchase. Please specify the colour of the model in the text box next to its code, you can choose one of the recommended colours (can be found in the catalogue) or write your colour.
  4. If you want to order more than 3 models, please send us your order by email (info@ukrainiansmallmodel.com)
  5. You will receive an email with your order information and we will contact you to confirm it.

Payment and delivery

We currently only accept payments by bank transfer. Payment details will be sent by email after filling out the order form.

Worldwide shipping. Combined shipping is available. Item(s) are shipped within 5 business days after confirmed payment. The buyer receives an email with a tracking number. Delivery costs depend on the weight of the parcel and will be sent by email after filling out the order form. Shipping time is about ten working days.

Return policy

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, without any modifications or alterations.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, please contact us at: info@ukrainiansmallmodels.com. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
